Adolescent Substance Abuse Brochure
The 2012 General Assembly has added to section 37.2-505 of the Code of Virginia, which on July 1, 2012 will require CSBs to provide information to hospitals about their substance abuse services available for minors. The Department has created a template that should be used to provide this information to hospitals. The template should be completed with the information for your CSB. The completed template should be provided to all of the hospitals (not just psychiatric or children’s only hospitals) in your service area.
