Commodities and Services Purchase Information
The Office of Administrative Services (OAS) purchases goods and services required to support the functions of Central Office staff, and coordinates all cooperative procurement actions between DBHDS facilities. This includes the establishment of term contracts and cooperative procurement actions.
The following goods and services are purchased for Central Office
operations:
Building maintenance and security, office furniture, supplies
and equipment,
printing, moving, mailing, subscriptions, catering, incidentals, and information
technology programs. In addition, OAS is responsible for surplus property distribution, shipping and
receiving, stockroom, postal operations and courier services for the Central
Office.
Interested parties may contact the Office by email or phone, and schedule a time to introduce your company and the goods and/or services it provides. If you have an appointment to visit OAS, the meeting will generally take place on the eighth floor of the Jefferson Building at 1220 Bank Street, Richmond, Virginia 23219.
