Commodities and Services Purchase Information
The Office of Administrative Services (OAS) purchases goods and services required to support the functions of Central Office staff, and coordinates all cooperative procurement actions between DBHDS facilities. This includes the establishment of term contracts and cooperative procurement actions.
The following goods and services are purchased for Central Office operations: Building maintenance and security, office furniture, supplies and equipment, printing, moving, mailing, subscriptions, catering, incidentals, and information technology programs. In addition, OAS is responsible for surplus property distribution, shipping and receiving, stockroom, postal operations and courier services for the Central Office.
OAS is located on the first floor of the Jefferson Building at 1220 Bank Street, Richmond, Virginia 23219.
