Community Integration Managers

Community Integration Managers (CIM) are responsible for coordinating and ensuring the internal discharge process in the training centers occurs in a timely manner. The CIM is the liaison between the DBHDS central office, individuals, authorized representatives , training centers and community partners. There are five CIM positions who are central office employees. There is one CIM located at each of the five training centers. CIMs should be contacted for clarification and concerns related to the discharge process.

Community Resource Assignments

Providers refer to the chart to identify your Community Resource Consultant (CRC). The chart shows each consultant’s assigned CSBs and contact information.  Consultants provide regional training and technical assistance to CSBs, DBHDS training centers, and private providers.  Training and assistance include how to provide Targeted Case Management and Waiver services for individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Providers refer to the chart to identify your Preauthorization Consultant. The chart shows each consultant’s assigned CSBs and contact information. Preauthorization staff authorize ID and DS Waiver services.
