Here you will find information about a training course that is developed specifically for Intermediate Care Facilities for the Mentally Retarded (ICF/MR). Instruction focuses on the Person Centered Planning (PCP) approach. Who should attend? Primarily staff who are directly involved in interdisciplinary teams for individuals residing in ICF/MR facilities, particularly QMRPs. A future training class is planned for parents, guardians, families and authorized representatives, as well as other staff and interested parties.
Available training classes include: PCP ICFMR 101, PCP ICFMR 202, QMRP/Support Coordinator training, New Provider training for ICFMR prospective providers, and others upon request. Please contact Susan for information about training or to be put on a waiting list for trainings.
