Mental Health Services For People Who Are Deaf, Hard Of Hearing, Late Deafened, And Deafblind
- Contact your local Community Services Board (CSB). Find your local CSB here.
- Inform the CSB of your hearing loss
- Inform the CSB why you are seeking services.
- Ask for a Referral to a Provider who knows about how to work directly with people who have hearing loss. All types of payments are accepted.
CSBs and Providers may contact your
Regional Coordinator. (Refer to
CSB Map if you do
not know your region). Regional Coordinator Services Include:
- Prescreening/Emergency Services
- Individual, Couple, Family, and Group Counseling
- Case Consultation
- Community Education
- Staff Development
- Agency Access Planning Consultation
- Information and Referral about and to Statewide Programs and Resources
