Citizens and Advocates from all over the Commonwealth will gather in Richmond to demonstrate support for increased funding for services to people with mental illness, mental retardation and substance abuse services. Theyíll also use the opportunity to talk about those needs with their legislators. Immediately after the rally, participants will walk in a group to the General Assembly Building to meet with lawmakers.
