How's the mental health system doing, anyway?

The following article appears in today's Cville Weekly, a local paper which has given much press over the past few month's on Region Ten's "issues". Today's article sheds a positive light on obstacles to overcome on public mental health services, stigma for those receiving services and how our local community has responded.
