Event Details: The VACSB is proud to co-sponsor an Advance Directive Training on November 5, 2009. Register online at the URL below. Staff, consumers, family members and interested parties are encouraged to register and attend. Lunch is included. The cost is $10 per person at the door-–CONSUMERS AND FAMILY MEMBERS MAY ATTEND AT NO CHARGE-- everyone must pre-register. The cancellation deadline is November 1.
