Procurement actions by the DBHDS are executed in accordance with the Code of Virginia, Commonwealth of Virginia Agency Procurement and Surplus Property Manual, Vendors Manual and the DBHDS Standard Administrative Practices and Procedures and Departmental Instructions. Purchasing actions are taken by 16 DBHDS facilities, 40 CSBs and the DBHDS central office. Interested parties are encouraged to register as a Vendor with the Commonwealth of Virginia on-line at http://www.eva.virginia.gov/ and contact the office that is advertising the solicitation.
