Governor's Conference (December 9-10, 2004)

For the first time in more than a decade, the Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services held a statewide Governor’s Conference. This exciting two-day event focused on the Department’s Vision of a community-based system of services. We will continue our strategic planning and set the stage for the upcoming General Assembly session.
