Richmond Behavioral Health - Case Manager – SED, At Risk
Job Description: Orange, VA. Full-time position beginning on or after July 1, 2010. Case manager to assess client needs, develop and implement service delivery and treatment plans, coordinate services with other agencies, and counsel and assist clients and families. The incumbent will attend inter-disciplinary team meetings to discuss decisions for client plan of care and coordinates client services and treatment with multiple service providers and agencies. Knowledge, aptitudes, and experience in the following areas are required: general knowledge of early child development and techniques for working with special needs and/or at risk children; experience working with children aged birth to 8 years, with a strong emphasis on ages ranging between early head start and head start; and, experience in early childhood education or a related field is preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field is required. Possession of an appropriate driver’s license valid in the Commonwealth of Virginia with an adequate driving record is required.
Salary: $35,197.50/annually
