Richmond Behavioral Health - Clinical Supervisor – Substance Abuse
Job Description: Full-time position to coordinate substance abuse services and program development in a new state-of-the-art facility to clients in a short term residential treatment setting. This position provides both clinical work and staff supervision. Responsibilities include direct supervision of counseling staff, training, and evaluation of SA Counselors; coordinating services with Admissions, Medical, and Treatment staff as well as with referral sources and resources; develop/review behavioral treatment plans; psychotherapy and counseling; present substance abuse education lectures; facilitate in-service training program for staff. Master’s degree, license, and clinical experienced with co-occurring disorders required.
Salary: $44,928.00 - $59,543.25/annually DOE
