Eastern Shore - DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES CASE MANAGER
Job Description: The Eastern Shore Community Services Board (ESCSB) is recruiting for a full-time case manager responsible for case coordination for individuals with developmental disabilities. Duties include conducting assessments, identifying appropriate services and facilitating linkage, providing transportation, making home visits, and completing extensive clinical documentation. Relevant work experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is required. Minimal salary is $29,789 with a comprehensive benefit package that includes retirement with the Virginia Retirement System, medical, dental, vision, and behavioral health insurance; a minimum of 17 vacation and 15 sick days per year; and other optional benefits such as deferred compensation plans and long term care insurance.
