Richmond Behavioral Health - Crisis Stabilization Care Coordinator - #3028
Job Description: DUTIES: Serve as a full-time crisis stabilization service provider for consumers and their families at the Home Recovery Center (HRC), provide clinical and functional assessments leading to individual treatment plans, provide individual and group skills training to reduce stressors and focus on strengths and supports. Also consults with HCS Care Coordinators and administrators and staff of Assisted Living Facilities. Position requires high energy, ability to provide intensive, creative and innovative individual and group interventions for consumers. POSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field with clinical experience and must meet QMHP requirements according to the DBHDS. Applicants must have experience with people with serious mental illness in a recovery oriented program to be considered for this position.
