Valley - Chief Financial Officer

Job Description: Valley Community Services Board is recruiting for a highly motivated, responsible individual to lead its Financial Services Department. VCSB is an agency responsible for providing a system of comprehensive community behavioral health, intellectual disability and substance abuse services within the Cities of Staunton and Waynesboro, and the counties of Augusta and Highland. This individual must have strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to provide professional, supervisory and administrative oversight regarding financial matters to an agency with a $20 million budget and 300 employees. Must have budgetary experience, as well as experience in health care or behavioral health billing. A BS degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting is required. An MBA, CPA licensure, and previous community services board experience is preferred. Salary: Fulltime with benefits. Salary is negotiable based on knowledge & experience.
