Hampton Newport News - Clinical Services Administrator - IDD Case Management

Job Description: Oversee the Adult IDD Case Management Program. Researches, plans, implements, supervises monitors and evaluates multiple clinical programs. Ensures that assigned treatment programs are responsive, efficient and congruent with the CSB’s clinical and fiscal goals and objectives. Provides clinical direction and consultation to assigned program managers and clinical supervisors and staff. Develops, manages and monitors program budgets, completes necessary administrative supports, and develops, monitors and assesses productivity and outcomes data. Develops and implements marketing and customer relations strategies to promote high utilization of clinical programs and promotes new business opportunities. Provides clinical and administrative leadership to ensure that clinical services are integrated across all disciplines and divisions. Ensures that all clinical programs are in compliance with applicable regulatory/licensure/accreditation standards. Master's Degree in Human Services with 5 years post-graduate related experience or Bachelor's degree in Human Services and 10 years related experience. Must have extensive and successful experience in behavioral health including IDD and program supervision. Residential ICF experience preferred. Valid Virginia Drivers License with acceptable driving record. Please submit your Department of Motor Vehicle driving record current within the last 60 days
