District 19 - Mental Health Case Manager
Job Description: District 19 CSB offers a challenging full time Case Manager position to provide case management to children and adolescents located in Dinwiddie and Hopewell/Prince George VA. Essential job duties of this position include; assessment and planning services to include developing an ISP per Medicaid regulations; monthly contacts, activities or communication relevant to the ISP; Coordinating services and treatment planning with other agencies and providers; psychotropic medications; providing crisis and behavioral interventions. Successful applicant must have: Bachelorís degree (preferably in Human Services); experience in clinical record documentation and meet QMHCM qualifications per Medicaid regulations; Proficiency with personal computers and experience with SED population. Prefer crisis intervention experience and knowledge of community resources. Position requires valid Driverís License in state of residence with a point balance of -6 or higher, and pre-employment extensive background check and drug screening. Starting salary is commensurate with experience/training. Excellent benefits include sick and annual leave, Virginia Retirement System, and training opportunities. Flexible work schedule, including 4-day work week, may be available in some positions.
