Eastern Shore - Eastern Shore-Mental Health Support Specialist (Adolescent)

Job Description: Responsible for support needs and skill training for adolescents who demonstrate a clinical need for services arising from a condition due to emotional disturbance which result in significant functional impairments in major life areas. Work involves training in or reinforcements of functional skills and appropriate behavior related to the consumer’s health and safety, activities of daily living, community resources, and monitoring of health, nutrition, and physical condition.

Salary: Entry salary is $23,688, with actual hiring salary commensurate with experience.
