Chesapeake - Clinic Supervisor

Job Description: Crossroads Community Services Board has a full time position to provide monitoring and maintaining the delivery of clinical services within the assigned program site. He/she provides a full range of treatment and prevention services to clients with psychiatric, emotional, substance abuse and/or social problems. The incumbent provides direct clinical supervision to clinical staff in areas of clinical assessment and treatment. He/she provides clinical and administrative support to staff assigned to the site location. He/she coordinates the service delivery with agency management staff to ensure a comprehensive level of services to meet the needs of the community. The incumbent must possess a graduate level degree in psychiatric social work, psychology or directly related field plus three years experience in mental health setting or an equivalent combination of education and experience. At least one year experience in clinical supervisory role with master or above level staff is required. The incumbent must be licensed in Virginia as a Clinical Psychologist, LCSW, LPC or be license. A valid Virginia driver's license is required.

Salary: $45,050 - $52,582 to start
