Job Description: Goochland Powhatan Community Services is seeking a MENTAL HEALTH CASE MANAGER to provide services to SMI adult consumers of Goochland-Powhatan Community Services. MSW, MA, or MS in related field or RN preferred. BSW, BA or BS in related field with case management experience accepted. Valid Virginia driver’s license required. Fulltime position with benefits, salary range $32,926 - $34,424.
