Richmond Behavioral Health Authority - Clinical Psychologist
Job Description: The Richmond Behavioral Health Authority is seeking a psychologist to conduct clinic and field-based psychological assessments of referred children and youth for the purpose of differential diagnosis, eligibility determination, the development of treatment recommendations, and consultative support to treatment team members. The incumbent will assists in the development and implementation of outcome measures, produce psychological reports and other required documentation in a timely manner. Will also complete processes required for service authorization and reimbursement. Minimum Qualifications: Doctoral degree Ph.D., Ed.D., or Psy.D. from a regionally accredited program in the clinical practice of psychology. Training and experience must include knowledge and skills in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of children and youth with behavioral health disorders and/or developmental disabilities. The successful candidate must possess skill in the use of clinical interviewing, cross-informant, and cross-contextual data collection techniques. Must hold a Virginia license in the practice of clinical psychology or be license eligible to obtain such. Juvenile forensic training is desirable and may be required post employment. Basic competency in related computer-based productivity and technical applications is expected.
Salary: $53,643.00 - $72,418.00
