Richmond Behavioral Health Authority - Multi-Systemic Therapy Clinician

Job Description: The RBHA is seeking a Multi-Systemic Therapy Clinician to work with juvenile offenders and their families. MST Clinicians will provide intensive in-home services in the community with a caseload of 4-6 families. A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology is required. Prior In-Home experience preferred and experience working with youth who have emotional, behavioral, delinquency, and/or substance abuse problems required. MST training will be provided with weekly group and individual supervision, as well as weekly case consultation. Some on-call required. Flexible scheduling and attractive benefits. $1000 sign-on bonus is available contingent upon agreed conditions.

Salary: $42,348.00 - $57,169.00
